Canyoning

Canyoning is to descent along the paths of streams. Crystal ponds you can dive into and cool off in, provide additional entertainment. You can also try sliding down the natural slides which the streams have shaped throughout millennia. It is a feeling which you simply must experience!

We will take you to the most hidden corners and inflows of the Soča and Koritnica Rivers. Far from the noise of urban life, amongst unspoiled nature, you will experience pure adrenaline.

The adventure begins with the ascent towards the higher levels of the streams. After that follows the descent down gorges, numerous jumps, further climbing and refreshment in crystal clear water. Our skilled guides will escort you throughout the whole experience and assist you in the most demanding parts.

Arangement incorporates:

1. Professional guiding

During the activity you will be escorted by our experienced guides. The guides are local and therefore know the river and terrain exceptionally well. They are qualified professionals with years of experience in tourism, and have completed all the necessary obligatory courses, and have therefore acquired permits for supervising these sorts of sport activities.

2. Transportation options

In case you are unable to acquire transportation from gathering point to starting point we can organise it for you.

3. Quality equipment

Your safety is guaranteed by equipment of the finest materials and approved by European standards. For canyoning you use: a two-part thick neoprene suit, boots and helmet.

Terms

The season lasts from the start of April until the end of October.
The term is decided by arrangement.
It is desirable to book the term at least one day beforehand.

Gathering point

The gathering point is in front of the office of our sports agency at least 15 minutes prior to the activity.

For the activities, you will need:

• bathing suit,
• towel and
• T-shirt (recommended).
